Client Agreement & Policies

1. Nature of Services
Unmasking Coaching is a non-clinical, supportive service designed to help clients explore identity, reduce masking behaviors, and build practical lifestyle strategies. This service is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

2. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved in this coaching experience, no refunds will be issued once payment is made, regardless of participation level or scheduling changes.

If a payment plan is selected, the client is responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions in a timely manner.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

• Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

• All sessions must be used within 6 weeks of the start date unless otherwise agreed.

4. Communication Boundaries
Clients will have access to voice/text support (if included) during agreed-upon days and hours. Responses are typically provided within 24–48 hours and are not guaranteed outside of business hours.

This support is not intended for crisis situations.

5. Client Responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative process. Results are not guaranteed and depend on the client’s level of engagement, honesty, and willingness to apply discussed strategies.

6. Scope of Practice & Crisis Support
This coaching service does not provide crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional, call 988 (U.S.), or go to your nearest emergency room.

7. Confidentiality
All client information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or permission is granted by the client.

8. Agreement
By purchasing and participating in the Unmasking Reset: 4-Week Coaching Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
